We have put together a couple of google maps to help with the fun stuff: canoeing and bicycling!
The canoe route map shows suggested launch and takeout points along with estimated times. 
The bike route map is a suggestion that takes you along the river, past fields, woods, and pastures. If you want to actually get somewhere - to an interest point or a town - let us know and we can create a customized map for you.
